ScrumMaster and the team should agree on a process for communicating and tracking obstacles, escalations, and risks. Team members share their suggestions and why they think this should be part of the work agreements. Some of these points could be relatively simple. The Scrum Master takes note of these ideas on the board. There are different common agreements that are not said, but that the team should check from time to time. The team should ensure that minimal work is underway, that it focuses on the sprint backlog and not other unrelated elements, and that agile values and principles are pursued and practiced. The team demonstrates to the Product Owner and all interested persons a functional product incubat. The Product Owner reviews the commitments made at the Sprint planning meeting and explains what they now consider to be resolved. On the other hand, I saw teams hanging on to a thread and achieving little or no of their goals, because team members couldn`t see them fit the overall picture and were simply not invested. Fortunately, there is a way to solve this problem: the teamwork agreement.
The working agreement should define the team standards or disciplines as they relate here. They continue to describe it in detail: “The goal of the working agreement is to ensure that the agile team shares the responsibility of setting expectations for cooperation and improving its self-organization process.” Every day, at the same time and in the same place, scrum development team members spend a total of 15 minutes reporting to each other. Each team member summarizes what they did the day before, what they will do today and the obstacles they face. Daily Scrum is supposed to break old habits of separate work. Members should remain vigilant when there are signs of the old approach. With a new sense of camaraderie, I thought it might be a good time to redo these observations and get feedback. Once again, silence reigned in the teams. A few minutes later, the Indian supervisor started speaking to represent his team as usual. That`s when I walked in to launch.
I told everyone that to improve as a team, we need to hear directly from each person. .
